Just say, we love you enough to want you to eat healthfully. Your dad and I don't eat junk, you shouldn't either.

My kids will always snack on fresh fruit if it's around, particularly grapes, strawberries, bananas, etc.
I also always have PB&J fixings around with whole wheat seedy breads. Not the most ideal, but I like the idea that they are at least eating food with some nutritional value than none.
