Kirkland brand (Costco) diapers and wipes?

I haven't tried the diapers but we use the wipes and I love them. DC is 2 1/2 months and has sensitive skin, eczema, etc. and has never had a problem with diaper rash or a reaction to them.

I tried the diapers for my child, but found that they were much bulkier than the pampers swaddlers we were using. switched back as soon as that box was done.

I liked the wipes. However, I bought some of the huggies scented wipes in costco (which were on sale; cheaper than kirkland at the time) after Id tried some other scented ones and she didin't have an issue-- and we really appreciate the scented ones more as the poops have gotten way way way smellier w/solid foods. probably won't go back to the non-scented kirkland ones, even though I liked the texture better and find them easier to get out of the packaged.

I like them both, but I dont think they are cheaper than the Huggies diapers you can buy at Costco (at least size 4 which is what I'm using now). If you look at the price per diaper on the signs, Huggies is cheaper there. But I still usually buy Kirkland because I like them better.

We used them for our first and loved them but have found Target diapers to be even cheaper and almost as good.

Loved the wipes. Hated the diapers. They leaked everywhere and my son was constantly crying. But all kids are different. Different shaped, different "pee zones." So its worth a try. Just don't buy a ton of any diaper until you know what works.

But the wipes. You can never have too many wipes. I still use them and my son is 4 (good as hand wipes, face wipes, etc).

Love the wipes. Have used them since 2005 through 3 kids. They are thick and am willing to brave that horrible Pentagon City parking lot just for the wipes.

As you may have gathered, OP, different diapers work for different kids. The Kirkland diapers were the best fit for my child. I hated running out, having to buy Pampers (which were the next best fit, though I started to really hate the smell of them) and then using those til we could get to Costco again.

And the wipes are terrific. Unscented! Good package design.

LOVE the wipes. They're large, not too wet/dry, unscented. DS has really sensitive skin, and they've never given him trouble. yymv.

We use both now (18 mo) and love them! Kirkland wipes are probably used by most if not all the other kids in DC's daycare. As for diapers, when DC was born we used pampers swaddlers, which are better in my opinion. Once they grow out of it, we switched to Kirland diapers.

I stocked up on Kirkland's wipes before DC #1 was born, and they gave her bad chemical rash. Seriously. I never would've made the connection but my sister (who already had 3 kids at that time) did and ran out to get other wipes. I might go with another brand for your newborn.

The Kirkland wipes are by far the best wipes around.

The diapers a nice too and a great bargain. We used them when DS was a baby.

However, once DS become a full fledged running toddler we had to switch back to the pampers. The Kirklands were a little bulky in between his legs and when he ran a lot he'd actually get chafed on the thighs from them rubbing the outside of the diaper.

Love, love, love kirkland diapers and wipes. The wipes come in medium sized re-sealable containers which is sooooo handy!
