OK, I'd rather see across the board cuts, NO EXCEPTIONS than the political wrangling that is going on now where everyone's sacred cows get to be sacred, so programs without forceful enough advocates get cut 50% or entirely.

Let the Pentagon figure out how to make their 10% cuts work, let USDA figure out how to implement their 10% cuts, etc.

Kudos to you in proposing cuts to the sacred cows.

Either we're in a fiscal emergency, or we're not. If we are, EVERYTHING is on the table.
