worst diaper rash ever!

My son screams too when he gets those awful red diaper rashes (the most recent one seemed to be caused by blueberries)

We wash his bum with water, air dry and sometimes use a blow dryer, and SWEAR by the Boudreaux's Butte Paste.

Capitol Medical Group recommended a product called Resinol to me when my little boy had a horrific diaper rash caused by yeast infection. It cleared it up immeadiatly. If you live in Mont Co, Chevy Chase Pharmacy (in the supermarket) and the pharmacy in the Barlow building on Wisconsin Ave stock it. It was a lifesaver for me when nothing else worked. Also, they told me to wash him with Cetaphil and nothing else, and let air dry or blow dry. Good luck
