Infertility Support and Discussion
I agree with 10:44.
I understand how you feel. When I first opened this post I thought "wow, this will turn into a 'who SHOULD have kids' thing" and though I agree that life isn't fair, the feelings are normal. I am pregnant now though still try to advise here and I know I'm lucky. That said I am also in my early 30's and have lost both my parents, to quote the PP, one more tragically than the last. So yeah, sh!t happens, and not only to bad people. I've definitely looked at "bad" people, people who don't contribute to society, people who are horribly unhealthy, and wondered why they live and my parents don't. I think it's normal.
So, let me get this straight... YOU don;t think she's a suitable parent, so therefore it's unfair she got pregnant? I think you are letting your own issues cloud your feelings..... MYOB!!!
Everyone on this TTC board is so angry.....whether it's the ones posting the complaints or responding to the complaints, which sound a whole lot like judging the posters that they don't like. Honestly, this may be the least helpful board I've seen as far as 'support'
i sympthize with the OP. life just isn't fair sometimes. it sucks. you've got to keep the faith and hope -- i know, much easier said than done. take care.
My house caught on fire last night. That wasn't fair. Shit happens. And pp 14:07 yes people dealing with IF have anger. That is natural and okay. We support each other by understanding that.
