Why are you asking and who for? I have a good friend that is about 5'5" and thin. But he's only about 33 and is very trendy. He doesn't wear suits to work and has a very casual style. He can easily wear the smaller sizes from Hugo Boss and I know he does some shopping at Barney's for casual clothes. I think some of the more designer/trendy clothes run smaller.
