Housekeeper/Cleaning Service Recommendations

Completely disagree with rec for Domesticall. I used them for a long time and when $50 from my son's piggy bank went missing, the owner did nothing about it and told me that she would note it in their file. She said it had been a month since they'd last been to our house and didn't care that no one else had been there in the meantime. Apparently, you should check your kids' piggy banks every time someone cleans. We had the nicest lady from there, but once she left the company, we started having random groups of people show up and I was not a fan.

I looked at this discussion a couple of weeks ago and decided to hire Rosa Roman. I am not sure if things changed with her and her assistant, but she did a very poor job with our place and come to find out overcharged us. She basically did not clean anything and lightly wiped/dusted surfaces. Did not even move things around on the shelves to clean behind things. She also said they would clean light fixtures, and they didnot even touch them. Same story with the baseboards.

I really would not recommend her or would discuss everything with her in detail before paying.
