We transfered 3 embies on our 2nd IVF (1st IVF failed and frozen transfer failed). My pregnancy with my older singleton child was so much easier. I think my twin pregancy was particulrly hard, but I would not recommend a woman under 40 (I was 35) transfering more than 2 embies. I know I could not have carried 3 to term. I was on bedrest for 10 weeks and my twins were still 9 weeks preemie. They have no developmental issues and are wonderful, but the pregnancy was so rough and I was so scared they wouldn't make it. Their relationship with each other at 3 is so cool though - they constently hug and kiss and say "I love you brother" - when they aren't biting each other over a toy! I also can't imagine only transfering 1 emby because the odds are so much lower.
