| Oddly I also started getting diarrhea from a compound semaglutide even though I’ve been taking it for months and did not increase my dose. Not sure if it was the high-fiber foods I started introducing into my diet. |
| Try injecting into your leg instead of your stomach. |
No she is a MAGA nutcase. |
This is the problem with compounding drugs. You don’t even know where they are getting their active ingredient or what they are adding to it. Since these aren't regulated they can change whatever they want at anytime. Go to a doctor and get a prescription. |

OP
Wegovy for me had way worse side effects. I was on it for 8 months. I waited two months then tried zepbound. The first 12 weeks were rough. Not as bad as Wegovy but I would lose at least 3-4 days with stomach issues horrible ones and nausea. I was injecting into my stomach. Then someone told me to do the clock injections. Where you move the injection around the stomach, one thigh, then other thigh, then arm etc back to stomach. For me my thigh does not give me a reaction like my stomach and my arm I can not do myself so I inject in my thigh and I move the injection site each time. It has totally helped with side effects. However, as I stay on the Zepbound food noise has returned and I have to work hard at not eating junk. Focusing on protein and fiber. These meds are not for everyone I would recommend reddit threads as they have been super helpful. Also, foods like Trader Joe's protein pancakes refrigerated section, precooked chicken pieces, and salmon all help with my side effects. |
DP. I also inject into my thigh, alternating thighs and injection sites. I feel good except I need to keep on top of constipation by taking daily Miralax. I was often nauseated when injecting into my stomach. I have some food noise at night so I think I am not at my therapeutic dose yet at 10 mg. |

She is a RFK-adjacent anti-vaxxer who shills supplements to rubes, being platformed by Bari Weiss. Not reliable. |
+1. She lost all credibility with me with her antivax views. |
I've been on mounjaro and I crave red meat all the time and sugar often. |
Absolutely nothing about these drugs has been “kept quiet.” At all. |
| OP here - back with some updates. I made an appt with my doc's office with one of the RNs and we talked it over. She suggested I try a new med that is just coming out from Lilly. She had a free one month's sample. She said it is for specifically for people like me who get diarrhea from these GPL1s. I started taking it and seems to be fine so far and I helps with appetite and food noise. Let's see how it goes. |
Good luck and let us know. What is the med? |
| OP, could you take a smaller amount? Could a microdose might help somewhat without the side effects? |
Good luck! |
