Anyone done this Spain/Morocco itinerary?

I was thinking of a Seville - Marrakech trip! It is only $45 on Ryanair from Seville to Marrakech, 1.5 hr flight. I am taking dd to Spain next year for her 13th bday - she has never been outside North America. I think it could be so neat and totally different to add Morocco. I know we would not get as in depth of an experience in Spain, but she really wants to do a “highlights” kind of experience since it will be the first (and probably only for a few years at least) trip abroad. But then it’s crazy to think about being so close to Granada and missing La Alhambra …

I really don't get the attraction of La Alhambra. Found it incredibly plain and boring and absolutely packed with people. Particularly compared to Alcazar in Seville or Cathedral etc. Not sure why everyone thinks that's a must-do. Would skip that and do Marrakech instead.

Come on, you know the Alcazar in Seville does not compare with the Nasrid palaces in Alhambra.

That said, my teen kids didn't care for either of those. They liked the Setas in Seville and boating in Plaza Espana. Go figure.
