I almost never accuse someone of being a troll. If there inconsistencies or straight up bullshit, I point those out. More frequently, I ignore.

I've never called anyone a troll, but I have seen people defend their truly obnoxious, just plain rude response with variations of "so I'm not allowed to disagree? So posters with different POVs should not post?"

There is disagreeing and posting a different perspective, and then there is just being an asshole. I think if someone is routinely being called TROLL that person may want to reconsider how he or she posts those differing viewpoints.

Of course I didn't report your post. Sometimes if you are cutting and pasting and you happen to highlight the "report post" button, it will show up in the quoted section. It doesn't mean your post was reported. I don't think there is any way to know if your post is reported other than if it happens to disappear.

It's offensive to the group when you have your own thoughts. It is also offensive to some OP's when you don't agree with them -- even when they ask for opinions/suggestions/ideas.
