Headache behind the eyes?

Does one eye get bloodshot? Look up “cluster headache”.

Screen time also may be a factor.

That's how my migraines started, as a headache with pain behind the eyes. Migraine is a central nervous system disorder, so look out for any headache pain with nausea moving forward. Hopefully, it's not migraines and it's just allergies or something else. But if it is migraines, you need something stronger than Advil or Tylenol -- I have to take a triptan which takes the pain away.

Perhaps go to an optometrician for a quick check of your eyepressure.

This. See an Ophthalmologist. High eye pressure is a possible cause - and permanent eye damage is a risk if it is caused by excessive eye pressure.

Sounds like a migraine to me.

I have migraines that start with morning eye pain (usually ny right eye) and progresses to deep nausea, motion sickness, depth perception issues, and increasing eye pain. 400mg of Advil and nasal mist usually knock out most of the headache, though, especially if I take it at first symptom. I think they're tied to sinus issues and inflammation, hence why Advil works. If I don't take Advil, I am debilitated within 4-5 hours.

Advil does nothing for my migraines.
