Young Americans are China Maxxing

But the bigger picture is that China is now winning the culture wars and is gaining significant soft power influence on western youth. America's youth are increasingly disenfranchised by an America characterized by obscene levels of wealth inequality, terrible job prospects, lack of healthcare, unaffordable education and garbage healthcare, being mentally scarred by never ending streams of school shootings, and growing up in an America that is constantly in a state of war and spending trillions abroad rather than on our own citizens. China conveys a sense of stability, level headedness and tremendous growth, and it is increasingly appealing to American youth. How long until we send our best and brightest to China to study, live, and contribute to their economy? A reverse brain drain.

China is winning on every front without needing to fire a single shot. America seems to be self immolating, and American youth are saying no more and want an opt out, or at least an alternative to toxic American culture.

These are white people that can't afford Japan or Korea. Not the best and brightest.

They’ve focused on infrastructure, technology, clean energy, affordable healthcare, education and everything else that’s needed for a thriving middle class.

Meanwhile, the US is running out of control budget deficits to fund tax cuts for the rich. And that’s all the US does. Infrastructure is crumbling. Healthcare is bleak. Education is mediocre at best. Housing costs are insane. New jobs are scarce. We remain all in with oil and gas. And even Hollywood sucks compared to 20 years ago. The US is in free fall because of our very poor choices. We even chose a game show host to be president.

So of course youth are looking elsewhere. The US is depressing.

Republicans are talking about cutting federal health care spending to help fund Donald Trump's illegal war in Iran.

Trump and Israeli interests over the health of U.S. citizens.

Omg, we are laughing at you. This is great.

This makes no sense

The same party that supports trans in general supports trains

Now, as someone who deals with urbanist policy, I do know that the most vociferous trans advocates also support “everything bagel liberalism” that kills mass transit in the us In practice…

…but in general, being pro trans also maps with being pro trains

The anti trans people are absolutely anti trains

Why doesn’t “cipac” exist in china?

The American government is hostile towards a large swath of the US population, more openly than China anyways. China sometimes executes corrupt idiots in their government while we reward people like Kristie Noem. This shouldn't really be a surprise.

People have been saying this for years, but the data on the public’s perception of China doesn’t support it. Nothing but hollow words

Trans people aren't even 1% of America, it's a non issue. But all of the MAGA boomer stupidity is seriously holding America back. We need universal healthcare, we need renewable energy, high speed mass transit and all the rest. But we can't because MAGA is having a meltdown over stupid stuff like trans that helps the nation and economy in no way whatsoever.

Go watch Ishowspeed's trip in China. No wonder why American youth are China maxing.

I’m pretty sure these influencers are being paid.

All journalists and entertainers are paid.

All journalists and entertainers are paid.

Journalists are not paid by the subjects they report on.

Nah, it didn't happen. If you went to Asia recently you would still be on the toilet with diarrhea after eating at their restaurants with no sanitation. When I was in China, I totally saw people doing dishes on the sidewalk in the street, and rodents running around the dining rooms.
