Absolutely a Wake boy, because he looks down on Woke.

Definitely not Amherst, no self respecting city kid would want to spend more than a few days there. Davidson, Vassar, Williams, Claremont McKenna, Colgate come to mind.

Sounds like your kid doesn't need our help.

Or yours.

Hey. Don't start on that particular demographic just because OP is a prick.

- White-Asian who would never describe her kids that way.

No. Bi-racial means two races. How offensive.

Anonymous wrote:My DC is from a big city, comfortable in his own skin, intelligent, social, cool, liberal and straight. He wants small classes and access to Profs, but doesn't want to be in too alternative of a culture. He is liberal, calm and easygoing. He is active (soccer, rock-climbing, snowboarding, track) but not a recruited athlete.

Which LAC would be "best fit" and most stimulating for him? Assuming he gets into the following schools: Wesleyan, Amherst, Carleton, Vassar, Occidental and Tufts (I think of it as a very big LAC)? He is biracial, well-traveled, chill, smart and motivated.

Intended major: Poli Sci, IR or History

OP, your son sounds great! sorry everyone on here sounds so triggered and annoying.

I'd suggest Wes, Amherst, Oxy, and Tufts out of the group you list.

Wow. You are as bad as the OP (if you are not the OP). They were making a joke. Lighten up, Francis.

exactly. cmc reminds me of those men and women at my law firm I couldn't stand. women who played volleyball in high school and couldn't stop talking about it and acting like they were in the gym still, and men who were awkward and smug at the same time. both lacked charm but still thought they were the main character. insufferable.
