This. My mom resisted taking anxiety meds for too long after a terminal cancer diagnosis at 81, and they would have helped her immensely. |

| I've watched a youtube channel where a guy grows mushrooms to get Psilocybin or something. I guess he said it helps a lot with the anxiety around death. It's legal in Europe but I'm not sure about this country. His channel was in Sweden. |
