Well MCPS has no problem charging for outdoor ed in 6th grade, which is most certainly part of the curriculum. Don't think the PP you responded to knows what she is talking about.

I'm assuming there are low income waivers and your kids don't have to go. Our school never even had it in 6th.

They are charging per op. They may not charge for the bus but the activity they can.

Not that many roller rinks around anymore. I’d expect many kids can’t. Mine went once with Girl Scouts, and only a few had been before.
