Bringing own nail polish to the salon

What are everyone's favorite colors? I always forget the names of ones I like. I want to start bringing my own. Looking for good neutral pinky tones.

It’s real. The techs are the ones who do it.

This. They add something to thin the polish so that it dries faster and they can do two coats quickly.

Are they just adding some clear polish then? Because water would make painting nails and drying nails ridicuolously messy

I just got "forgot my checkbook" love that name.

I would think this is more hygienic. Using the small polish/brush on multiple people seems like it could spread nail fungus and bacteria (if the nail polish itself doesn’t kill it- I don’t know).

I like OPI Rosy Future. Very neural, pale pink. If it chips, it is not obvious.

Of course you can do this. It's also cheaper (marginally) for the salon because you're not using their supplies.

OPI: "Baby, Take a Vow" (cooler pink)
Essie: "Sugar Daddy" (warmer pink)

I bring my own polish, nail file and clipper.
My nail tech doesn’t care.
