Bringing own nail polish to the salon

Do you ever bring your own polish to nail salon? I think I want to start doing this. Are they generally ok with it? This is for pedicures.

I always bring my own, primarily so I can touch up if needed. I also have one shade for my fingernails and a slightly darker shade for my toenails.

I do it or I pick an Essie, OPI that I like and know I can buy for touch ups. Did not know about the watering down. That can't be real. That would annoy the techs.

It’s real. The techs are the ones who do it.

This. They add something to thin the polish so that it dries faster and they can do two coats quickly.
