And they'll be fine too.

Really condescending, thanks.

Especially coming from a school that gave us such leading intellectual lights as JD Vance and Coach Kavanaugh. Even good schools produce morons, as any Yalie should know better than most. A little humility goes a long way.

I just want to point out this came from a parent, not even an actual Yalie. This parent feels like a superior parent because their kid got into Yale. Barf. And I say this an an actual graduate of Yale. (And no, most of us are not proud of Vance or Kavanaugh!)

Wow, you broke protocol by not saying Connecticut or New England instead of Yale.

UVA instagram and the dean's blog announced it on Tuesday. Follow the admissions offices directly.

Where is it on UVA instagram? Don't see it

Admissions has it's own account.

NP - So true. All these schools have their share of clunkers (understatement!) Duke has Stephen Miller, Princeton has Pete Hegseth and Ted Cruz … there are some bad eggs everywhere.

But you can't really calculate the acceptance rate because they don't include the defers.
We use completed applications in our statistics. These totals do not include deferred applications from the ED/EA rounds. Deferred students can withdraw at any time, so any RD total with the defers would be a snapshot of just one day.
