| How did you see the video??? |
I'm not the OP, but the buses in neighborhood often flash their yellows and let the drivers pass before they flash the red. |
| I’d fight it. If there is even a semblance of gray area, just fight it. |
Not OP, but the companies that install the cameras send a letter in the mail with a link to view video. |
| Pay the ticket and pay attention. |

This thread is Deja vu. One just like it a few months back.
The video proves you passed bus 1 second after lights turned red. Thats actually a decent amount of time. Plus the yellow lights gave you a warning. |
| That stop sign flips out pretty slowly and after the bus has stopped. I can't see how someone didn’t see that happening. |
This is helpful. Thanks. I do have an immaculate driving record. OP |
There is no evidence in the video that the bus lights were functional. Since other cars also passed through, I wonder if the lights worked. OP |
This is quite the cope and not likely to play well in court. |
The video does no such thing. All you can see is the arm of the bus stop sign. OP |
I should invest in these camera companies that are making bank. OP |
Did you see the yellow and then red bus lights when you were driving behind bus? |
Look, gently, don't try this in court. Judges get this kind of stuff all the time and being combative in court won't go well for you. |
| You didn’t stop for a school bus?! That is terrible. Do better! |
