If you have a living grandparent(s), how old are they and how old are you?

I'm 43 and just lost my last grandparent last year, but they died at 106, 102, 99, and 94, respectively. We breed old and live long apparently.

I was in my 20s when my last grandparent died, she was 95 (she had my dad in her 40s).

Same here! My grandma has lived in the same house since 1969, with the same clothes dryer.

Her father died when she was young, then WWII broke out. Nazis occupied her village and moved into the house next to hers. When the Americans came, they gave candy to the children. She first got electricity after the war: one light bulb.

My other grandparents died when they were 77-80.

That is remarkable!

I’m 38 and my last living grandma is 86. Her mom lived to 89, so I think we’ll have her for a few more years.

My grandparents died at 37, 49, 87, and 99.
My parents were each 84 when they died (even the one with parents who lived to 87 and 99).

I know you asked about living grandparents, but my children are 26 and 28 and have no living grandparents.
They died at 72, 79, 84, 85.

My grandfathers died (by drowning and alcoholism) before I was born. Both grandmothers lived to 96.

I’m 42

I have one grandmother who’s 83 and one who’s 84. Both grandfathers have passed away.

My grandparents all died quite young -- 66, 65, 72 and 80. Because of this, my parents assumed that they too would not be long-lived. And I kind of assumed I would lose them fairly young as well. My dad lived to 87 and my mom is almost 91. Quite surprised and wondering what's in store for me. I had always assumed people in my family didn't live long, my parents wouldn't and neither would I. Now I just worry about getting Alzheimer's disease.
