There was a record recording of the meeting. It wasn’t yelling.

You should record anything that you think is yelling and report it and let them decide.

Are you sensitive to women being assertive?

I believe you yelled based on the bolded text.

And I believe you are misogynistic, and when a woman is assertive, you imagine they’re yelling.

And everybody in the meeting thought I wasn’t an HR thought I wasn’t and there is video, and the person who reported me was given sick leave for a week to get their shit together

You're probably as good a manager as you are a writer. I'm assertive and direct. No one has ever accused me of yelling at them in a meeting.

HR told their supervisor to tell her.

She’s been given work at home as an accommodation for 6 months.

They said they needed to check with a doctor to figure out why they were having a breakdown.

Replace the boss with AI

Get a new job. Figure out a way to passive aggressively make your boss miserable until you leave. If you want to go nuclear, ask HR for an exit interview and report boss then.

I get yelled at my boss and I’ve just accepted it is how it is. She’s been at my workplace for 15 years so people know she’s like this and it’s clearly accepted by the organization. Just mentally check out and look for a new job - no good comes from going to HR.
