If you have a practice scrimmage and 22 players at practice, wouldn't you be playing 11 v 11 with. no one on the bench?

At u16 ad we have 23ish on roster and regularly dress only 16. The others are essentially a practice squad and back up for injuries and extras at tournaments.

Sucks, you don't want that for your kid.

Then why did you put your DC in that situation. Who you complaining too?

No team will say on the offer letter "your kid will be here on bench, please pay 3k to confirm your spot" . We will not know the team size until team formed on play metrics except for coaches.

Maybe ask the coach as he surely knows what he is going to do.
