OP if you really want to keep,the dress for years and use it for weddings, think about the shoulder and arm coverages. You would likely need a scarf or pashmina or something for all those strappy/slip type/halter dresses.

Anthropologie is my go to for dresses. I like the Georgetown store the best. I wish I could dress you. I'm 5'2 and a size 4 but a size 34 c/d in the bust. What size are you? Another great store in Georgetown is Veronica Beard. I also like Bloomies in Mosaic.
