Op here
I feel SO much better now. Thanks to everyone here! |
She should be e mortified to drive a Tesla. No friend would drive a Tesla. |
| I have a Tesla and no one knows how to open it. Don’t be embarrassed at all. I’m sure she’s completely used to it. |
| I am a mom and drive kids all the time. This happena weekly. Every car is different. No reason to be embarrassed. |
Me too the first time I got in one. They're super annoying. No worries. |
Not knowing how to open the door on a Tesla is much better than sharting your pants. |
|
I have a Lexus and the door handles are also weird (you push them a certain way) and no one can ever figure out it. I can’t believe anyone would be embarrassed by that. I don’t give it a second thought. And I do SO many things where I think I embarrassed myself
! |
| You don't own a car?! |
| For anyone who is going to be riding in a Tesla regularly, learn how you get out after an accident. It’s not intuitive and people have burned alive trapped inside. |
| I can't get into half of my friends' cars today. They don't care in the least. |
Poetic justice for further enriching musk. |
Cooler if she drove this:

Was it by any chance a Tesla??
When I first saw one, I had no idea how to work the door handle‼️ 🤣🤣🤣🤣 No need to be embarrassed OP. |
|
This happens with plenty of cars. My car shifts on the steering column, with start button on the dash. DH's shifts on the console and the start button is there too. (None are prominently displayed like older cars.) I don't drive his car often, but more than once I have "shifted into gear" on his car and only managed to set off the windshield wipers. 😂
All to say that so many cars have different placements. If I am in another person's car and don't quickly find the door handle, I just ask. Nothing to be embarrassed about. |
Op here Yes it was indeed a Tesla. |
