Pp, which ones and from where are good? Please don’t say home made, I am sure home made are better but I don’t have the time, skill, or will to make them.

Not sure the brand, but we have decided the frozen Japanese gyoza are better than the other dumplings. The ones we buy are in flat packaging. Now to find a dipping sauce as good as homemade.

NP. I love Miyako kurobuta Berkshire pork gyoza. I get it online from Weee groceries. Hopefully some local stores carry it as well?

I'm vigilent about the quality of protein.

These are delicious and organic. https://www.dumplingsbybatik.com/aboutus

I'll also pick up the shrimp gyoza from Trader Joes.

I always have luck asking another customer. If I can find an older woman, they are usually happy to help you. Or I just see what they have in their cart and get that.

I also use Google Translate so I know what I’m buying. It works well.

Trader Joe’s dumplings are all gross. For American taste, not authentic and pretty gross.
