A big company. Base salary is just under $300k.

As we move up the ladder our salary stays fairly flat, but they bump up bonus and LTI targets.

Started at 25% now up to 30% plus one off profit shares and like 15k a year in equity stock.

Low 300s base. 30% of base target annual bonus. 40% of base annual LTI award (cash) vesting over 3 years.

Roughly 30% in cash and 33-40% in long term incentives. Pretty standard in my industry.
