PV drama?

That said, dedicated volunteers are priceless and if he was donating his time and energy that should be appreciated but maybe he just didn’t have the expertise to keep it updated.

It is a bit dated, but very quick and functional. A lot of other LSCs use TeamUnify which is probably the worst online platform every invented. I really hope PVS isn't moving to TeamUnify (ie GoMotion).

Nothing wrong with PVS site frontend IMO. Google the Maryland LSC and Virginia LSC sites: yuck.

Magic! Thank You! You’re my new favorite poster!

Well I thought it was weird that all of the sudden there was no menu for the various pages. I just hope this is a turning point and they move to a more modern and user friendly site.

I’m sure the PVS website could be better, but if you have ever looked at any of the other LSC‘s websites, the current PVS site is far superior. The site is easy to read and organized. Not sure what else is desired.

Upcoming Changes
After many years of serving as the PVS webmaster, the PVS board has decided to replace me. I have enjoyed creating and maintaining the website for the PVS community for the last 20+ years. I have added new content over the years to serve the wants and needs of our members.
I am not going away and will still be a presence in Potomac Valley. I can always be contacted at my personal email address.

Is this why the results from the distance meet aren’t posted to swims yet?

Not sure, looks like the meet host has a results file on their site, behind a password?

Don’t know how that gets to SWIMS, PVS, 3rd party apps like swimstandards & myswimio

Although it’s dated it’s 10x better than the stupid team unify template many many other LSCs use. Works ok for a club but kinda crappy for an LSC

None of last weekends meets seemed to be posted on the PVS site, which seems unusual even with the holiday. I don't expect every meet to be up, but usually at least one would be up by now. Is this related or a coincidence?
Anonymous
Definitely related.

Nothing new has been posted to site since February 9th.

Meets from this weekend still haven't posted- I wonder if it is related to the change and hope they post soon!

The HS meets were posted, so it's not a car of PVS being locked out entirely.
