Nooooooooo
Any significant (generational) age difference is a man chasing youth and a woman wanting to be taken care of. |
Really? In a "scary" world? You should try some therapy to help figure that out |
| I have a friend who married 30 years younger man. She acknowledged being not particular sexual: the guy's looks never mattered to her. She always avoided sex. She's professional and successful on her own but wanted to enter even higher social circles when she married a much wealthier and older husband. She chose the best available for money and social status and he also helped her with career at some point. They are still together as she was fine not having sex in her 40-50s |
*30 years older man |
| There is usually a reason that doesn't totally involve love with that much of an age difference: money, stability, lack of family. Not necessarily a "gold digger" but probably needing something the significantly older party can provide. |
I am 50 57 (I assume) is way different from 84. |
Gen x and greatest generation is nasty. |
Mommy or daddy issues? |
| Some just like the calm companionship of accomplished older men. |
But what about when he wants to hook up? Just pretend it's over fast? |
| A 30-year age gap is a financial arrangement. Anyone who claims otherwise is lying or delusional. |
| anyone could be a gold digger, it doesn't have to be of certain age. There are a lot of women in their 20s and 30s that date men of their age and are gold diggers. |
| My grandfather was 30 yrs older and broke then he got dementia |
| My sis in law is married to a much older man but she's by far the breadwinner. |
