I think the bank owns it now? It is a fantastic property and beautiful views etc - but expensive even for Baltimore. Also, its build on a pier...so I wonder if it will sink to the bottom of the sea at some point? |

People have paid that much for estates in Baltimore County. But 4M is really tops for city. Absolutely tops. And there's only maybe 10 properties in all of Baltimore who could meet that threshold. |

In this case I don't think the prior owner would be a negative to me since as far as I know no crimes were committed at the house? But it could be used as justification for a low offer. |
