Been on the market for a long time... only 6 million. I like it but I cannot afford it.

| How did he end up in Baltimore? |
| Owned by Brittany Spears' ex, Sam Ashgari. |
Bought it when he was filing House of Cards. |
No, no. This is a different guy called - Sam Asgari. He is a real estate investor from Bethesda. Seems like he also purchased the historical Johns Hopkins Gambrill Mansion and may demolish it soon because it is expensive to fix. |

From the first link:
“The listing agent is trying out equally impressive titles for this one-of-a-kind home. He likes “The Icon of Baltimore.” Whatever you call it, the floating house of 9,000 square feet could be yours — break open the piggy bank, check under the couch cushions — if you can scrape together nearly $6 million.” What an odd thing to put in the marketing copy of a house you’re trying to sell! |
It is a really beautiful property. Did you see the video? And now maybe they will lower the price also? |
|
This was his primary residence for 7 years and it was auctioned off after his legal trouble started. |
|
I like Baltimore but nobody with $6 million to spend on housing is going to choose a condo in Baltimore. There’s just no market of buyers for it.
It’s worth $2.5. |
Thanks for clarifying. Thought it was weird, like maybe rich people look for multi million dollar properties to pick up on the cheap. |

Here's a Redfin link, which was easier for me to use than OP's links:

I like how it's appointed. Usually these designer places are OTP but this one is very tasteful. |
| 6mm in baltimore! DAMN! I really like the interiors. |
| Sex million is too much |
| Absolutely love the place and the view, really one of a kind. Echoing the "not where i'd spend 6 mil" to live. |
