If you are doing thumbprint cookies, I highly recommend Ina Garten’s recipe here: https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/jam-thumbprint-cookies-recipe-1956592.
It has coconut, which puts it over the top, in my opinion. |
