+1 You can start with Arlington Little League at 13. It's great money, $50/game.

No more paper routes.
When my DD was 14, she was an unpaid CIT for a little kid summer camp and made out like a bandit on tips, which we didn't expect.

This is what both my kids did at 14. Pays pretty well for both soccer and baseball/softball. Started lifeguarding at 15. Most of their friends weren’t successful at getting grocery store or restaurant jobs until 15 or 16.
