Minimum age of junior coaches at your summer league pools?

| Actual paid assistant coaches are either seniors in HS or college students. We have volunteer junior coaches as well that are 13+. |

| 15+, lifeguard certified, and do volunteer shifts at winter swim as training. TBH, most could use more training before offering swim lessons. |
