I like both names. If it were me, I'd go with Julia or Catriona (Jules or Cat) but that's just my personal preference and I like your versions as well.

My 8-year-old daughter has a classmate named Julianna who exclusively goes by Jules. This little girl is popular and as mean as can be. I hear stories every single day about Jules. They’re not good stories either.

Julianna. I survived Hurricane Katrina and cringe at the name (even of grown adults who had it pre-hurricane).
