Which is Worse?

Imho this is a trashy circle, you are better off quitting it.

Partner A undercut the number of partners they slept with by 75.

Partner B slept with Partner A's best friend while they were engaged.

Being engaged isn't a legal or religious contract but still a sincere promise and this is fraud.

Under reporting your priors is also fraudulent but pales in comparison of cheating twice while engaged.

A. Makes you a poor choice to partner with
B. Makes you a bad person

A is worse if you are a woman. B is worse for men.

I don’t see the problem with A for either gender or how it makes it worse than B.

Do you want the woman who slept with Pat if you are Kelsi? I don’t think so. I’d rather she slept with 100 men who don’t matter

Think this is a made up story, but B is far worse.

No one cares about A, and clearly spouse is judgemental if they do care - the person didn't choose to marry amy of the 75 other people they slept with. But it does make me wonder, why did they feel the need to lie to the person who is going to be their spouse?

B is horrific - engaged and sleeping with anyone else would be a reason to end it, sleeping with my best friend shows a complete lack of respect by the fiancee and the best friend.

So, B is far worse, but neither is a great foundation for a marriage
