We stayed here too! Great location; exactly as described above- convenient but away from the busiest tourist areas. Lovely breakfast, kind staff. Someone told me it was one of the oldest buildings in Venice- built in 1100, I believe? But it's lovely and very charming...the rooms do sink in the middle (our luggage would roll accordingly, but hey, it's Venice
