With respect to the Epstein files, neither Biden nor Obama released them because of ongoing criminal investigation and litigation. Trump ended those proceeding exactly a year ago today and ran on a promise of getting those files released. We are waiting!

This is called Federal Overreach. It is the thing that the founders of the country had a revolution over in the 1770's. It is memorialized in the US Constitution that this sort of activity is unconstitutional, or in other words, illegal.
