Deviated septum 17-year old- recs

Can anyone recommend a sinus surgeon for a 19 year old in Rockville with deviated septum and also basically complete blockage of the right nostril, with multiple sinus infections per year because of this? Either balloon or otherwise ...also how is the recovery and what does it look like... how long etc...

Does anyone have any recs for a good ENT? We are in Arlington. I have blue cross blue shield. As an infant/kid we have used medstar Georgetown docs- but willing to go NoVA/DC, etc,
