It's fine if you don't want her to go to daycare, but please don't just accept "she hates other dogs" as an immutable fact about her temperament. She is still super young and you need to teach her to like other dogs. She doesn't have to be besties with every dog, but it's really important you at least teach neutrality instead of hating.
