OP - dad is a millionaire. Sibling and I both have HHI close to 7 figures. I was already concerned about him depleting all his money on her and her family (this would be nothing new).

Marrying a person who doesn't speak your language at all is NOT illegal, so the green card is legal. It is gross but not illegal. I predict she will be allowed in the country, because of the greencard - that's what greencard is for - allowed to live in the US permanently as long as you spend more then 6 months a year in the US, it has no travel restriction.

Wow, you’re a bit crazy. A lot of of these women from poor countries are willing to marry men that are a bit controlling / abusive and somewhat disgusting to American women. The men want to be waited on, dominate, and have sex. These women would rather have this lifestyle than live in some crappy nation. It’s nothing new.

With Green Card she should have no problems, but in the end, the immigration officer at the port of entry decides. She's already past the immigration visa restrictions, so this doesn't affect her at all. If she's only lived here for 6 years, she got her Green Card pretty fast.

She will be allowed in but it is at the discretion of the immigration officers.
