OP here. What would a similar place cost that's updated and not right in Chain Bridge? Looking for my parents who are starting to think about downsizing.
Ideally very close to "downtown" McLean. |

This is a good boomer building if they aren't ready for assisted living. Not too far from McLean, walkable to a lot of things.
