This feels underpriced and yet it’s sitting. Does anyone have intel on why this hasn’t sold?

The front door is in an alley, past the gazebo if I’m understanding the photos
However I love there’s a little wall between the bidet and toilet. |

| You'd think the owner would get the hint after a year on the market. They paid so much in 1988 when it was brand new ($560K) and probably can't come to grips with the fact that it's now very dated and needs a huge price reduction to sell. |

| I like it a lot, the interiors are great! They should restore the entryway walls back to wood, the paint is a crime against humanity. Rip out the carpeting. Other than that, it’s one of the nicest homes I’ve seen posted here. |
