How to not flash the world during yoga

Wearing a stretchy t-shirt also prevents this.

One thing I've noticed over time is that the texture of your leggings matters--the ones that feel more cottony, less silky seem to offer more for the shirt to "grab" and prevent shirt slide better than silky leggings.

I do a lot of yoga, and I wouldn't consider this "flashing." And I don't pay much attention to other people's bodies in yoga.

That said, Old Navy used to make an awesome yoga tank that had a lightly elasticized waistband. I have one that's at least 10 years old, and if I ever see them in the store again, I'm buying more.

There are plenty of options. Just google “fitted yoga tank” and find all the options. Imagine your sports bra extends the same length as a tshirt. Voila, snug coverage.

I have the same concerns, OP. I actually have success with fitted Old Navy active tops. They stay in place very well.
