St John is awesome but you’ll need more than 5 days. Try for at least a week. The travel each way eats up an entire day. Requires the flight, shuttle to the ferry, the ferry, then walk to your rental car spot, then drive to your villa. Same in reverse when it’s time to leave. Yes they call the rentals villas there, no idea why but it’s part of the fun

Keep in mind it gets dark earlier in the winter, so 5 days would fly be. You’ll wish you had longer.
