Must be great for your kid to escape a toxic household rife with TDS.

Anyone who uses the term "TDS" is too dumb to have a kid at a decent school. The MAGA Kool-Aid has ruined your brain. Go get a ski mask and join ICE.

Or visit their kid at 'Bama.

Pomona has been great fun! Friends at Princeton and Uchicago are also adoring their times!

Just brought my first year home. Withdrew from school. Partying priority and "it isn't for me". Merry Christmas.

Glad to hear. I’ve always liked Haverford.

Sorry to hear, poster. Sometimes they just need time to mature and figure out what they really want. Maybe a gap year will be a blessing.

Or the school itself was the wrong fit.

My freshman is loving Northwestern. Working very hard but found his people. Math and Econ major and found friends who study a ton but also go out a few times a week. Is pledging and will do rush in January and really likes the guys. Excellent professors. Says he found the best fit for him. He is a kid who takes academics really seriously but wants a social life, just not a crazy party life. Northwestern has been a great fit because if you go out twice a week you are “social”.

DS loving Tufts. Great pre-orientation program + smart, friendly, collaborative classmates, lots to do on campus + proximity to Boston.

Talk to him again towards the end of winter.
