No she is not. Cheating happens only when a person is married. Otherwise it’s all fornication. PP has two fornicating partners. She’s not in a legitimate relationship.

11. We're both 60. New-ish relationship and it keeps getting better. Being with someone really smart who is also insanely funny seems to be the key for the success of this relationship. We've both been around the block. Find someone who makes you laugh and then the rest comes naturally.
