I just made one last night. I do it 1-2x a year. I’ve been happy with the quality from Harris Teeter and it is often less money than Costco when there’s a good sale. The last roast I bought at Costco was disappointing so I didn’t even consider it this time. Costco used to be known for good beef but I haven’t been impressed in years.

Just be sure to buy the choice vs ranchers reserve. It’s supposedly even better if you can afford prime but that’s too pricey for me.
