Please stop with the gossip about someone’s leave. You have no idea what you’re talking about. Maybe she’s been planning a trip to somewhere halfway around the world for years with her family. Or an opportunity came up. Who knows? Her boss approved it, and it’s no one’s business.

If you’re unhappy with what’s happening in the autism class, make an appointment with the region assistant superintendent. Talk about evidence that you specifically know about.

Principals should not plan a trip around the world during school, it sets a bad example and is unprofessional. However, maybe there was good reason, perhaps sick family member etc.

They are probably all in kahoots. It's easier to do nothing than to do something. You will just have to find some more upset parents and make a lot of noise. The squeaky wheel...

I second this. But you will have to get others to contact them as well. If they are getting a lot of volume from one school, then it will get attention.

You’re nuts. If she had leave available and her boss approved it, then it’s perfectly fine to take a vacation.

Don't expect anything to happen in time for your child. Just learn from the mistake and pull them out. People who do this stuff only know this way to manage.
