My phone spies on me so Blinkjoy keeps popping up. Are they actually effective?

Restasis side effects include pancreatic cancer.

Do you have a legitimate source for that statement? I have never seen anything about that.

I just spent 10 minutes googling and couldn't find anything related to this. I swear some people on this forum just spew garbage.

Started working from home, office HVAC was horrible for my eyes.

My daughter had terrible terrible dry eyes. Her opthamalogist recommended those thick gel type preservative free drops at night, plus she uses a weighted eyes mask to keep her lids firmly closed and absolutely no overhead fans.

Totally anecdotal. I have terrible dry eyes. Vitamin C chewable tablets are a lifesaver for me. I also do wetting drops in the morning. But it’s the Vitamin C. Twice a day at most.

I belong to a LASIK complications FB group and lots of people recommend the Bruder mask though some say it cools down too quickly ( you heat it in the microwave). I think it is an individual preference and since Bruder is cheaper, you might want to try that first.

Xiidra helped mine. I got a sample from the eye doctor and by the time I finished the sample, my dry eyes were better and I never got the actual prescription.

Omg 😱 that is unusable bc of the bitter taste that runs down your throat after using it.

Stop ingesting fluoride. It dries out the eyes and skin. If you can't block fluoride then take calcium -- it binds with fluoride. These are scientific facts and have nothing to do with RFK Jr. (I'm a democrat and have known this for years.)

Avoid LED lights.
That includes computer screens, TVs/flatscreens, Phones, lighting, etc.

It's the LED's.

For me, avoiding any unnecessary screen time has been huge. (Yes I know where I am).
